The day you have been waiting for!!! After waiting patiently for what seemed like FOREVER you finally get to see your images! Now we talk about the behind the scene work to share and post your images.
You should've received an email containing your Client Access Password and a Guest Password and this link. If you have not received this email or have lost it, reach out and I will send you another one!

Login
- Sign into your Gallery using Client Access (for the first time you are viewing your gallery).
- This gives you extra tools that Guest Access doesn't have!
- After the first time feel free to use Client or Guest Access!
Hide
- Mark images as Hidden using the button that looks like an eye.
- This is important for images that you do not wish to be shared to friends and family as they may contain sensitive information.
- Once these are hidden they are ONLY available for view under Client Access.
Sort
- Sort images into lists.
- "Do Not Post" = images that you don't want me to post to the public/ used for marketing.
- "Favorites"= Allows for faster downloading of your favorites vs the entire Gallery.
- You can create additional lists as needed as well!
Share
- Share your Gallery and Guest Access Password to Friends and Family
- This allows them to favorite and download the images they wish to have!
Before you can download images
You must go through your gallery and determine if you would like them to be posted or not (if you signed a model release form - most clients sign this).
When you favorite a photo, two lists will automatically appear, a favorites and a do not post list.
Please mark any images you wish to be kept off of Miracle Portraits website/social media/ any form of marketing under the Do Not Post List.
This is different than just hiding images. Hiding images makes it so that those who have access to your gallery (a partner, family, friends etc.) can't see those images (as long as they have signed in under guest access).
If images are improperly marked as Hidden and not Do Not Post, I will not know and they may end up online. This is especially important for my birth and boudoir babes who have VERY personal images on their gallery!
If you mark images as "Do Not Post" orrrr determine they are fine to post and you have no notes, send me a quick text to let me know and I will release downloading privileges to you!
Please note: you have 48 hours to make images in the Do Not Post List. If no images are posted/ there is no communication on your part I will assume all images are good to be used!

Which type is appropriate for when?
High resolution
High-resolution images are larger, uncompressed images with a higher dpi (dots per inch). They are ideal for print materials such as Pictures, Posters, and Canvases. High-resolution images provide a more detailed, sharper, and higher quality image than web-sized images. HR also takes up more space due to their large files.
Web-size
Web-sized images are images that have been optimized for online use. They have a smaller file size and resolution than high-resolution images, making them easier to load and display on websites, social media platforms, and email newsletters. Web-sized images typically have a resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch) .
How to Download your images
with a step by step video
This is very similar to the video with slight differences.
When downloading favorites to your phone, favorite all photos wanted, go to favorites folder, select "download" icon (top right of your gallery). It will make you submit your email. A few moments later you will receive an email with a "download images button". Click it and another link will show up. Click that link and choose where you want your images downloaded to (I personally choose files). A folder with your Gallery name will appear. Open it and if there is a second folder with "digital sharing" open that. At the top select the three dots and press "select". At the top left press "select all". At the bottom left press the share symbol and "save photos" this will put all the photos in your camera roll. This can take up to 10 minutes for all photos to load!
